All sales are final. Once you complete a transaction, your credit card has been charged. No refunds and no exchanges for different item, however
we will happily replace any defective item with a new, identical, working item free of charge. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of your initial receipt.

In order to make sure your needs are promptly and efficiently met, you must contact our returns department before putting your return in the mail. We will give you specific instructions regarding your return at that time.

If you prefer to contact our returns department by e-mail, please include your first and last name, the name of the defective item as it appears on the invoice and a description of the problem that requires its return. Please be as specific as possible.

If you make a mistake on your order, such as purchasing a duplicate DVD or changing your mind about an item, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a coupon code. The coupon code will be emailed to you and can be applied to a future internet order with a specified expiration date.
Or if you can call or email us before the order is shipped we may be able to remedy the situation.

Orders are usually processed Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm PST. (except US holidays). Generally, our shipping turnaround time is 24 - 48 hrs. (during weekdays without holidays). Most of the time, however we are able to process and ship orders the same day if they are placed before 10 AM PST. Depending on how busy we are that day.
We have no control over the mail once it leaves our office. Domestic orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail generally take 3 - 4 days, although more recently Priority Mail is much more reliable and we also use their tracking option. Presently this is not automated and is done by hand once an order is packed and ready to go, which is why you don't get an email with the tracking info.
If you don't get an order in 3-4 days please email or call us and we can track it and or give you the tracking number as well. If you choose Domestic UPS shipping, you can contact us for a tracking number. Saturday and Sunday are not included in our UPS delivery schedule. UPS Next Day orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday.

Currently, we are not able to insure packages shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Due to this circumstance, we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS or International Airmail (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO, PO Box addresses).

We do not ship to prisons.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will make every attempt to contact you and remedy the situation. This may also prevent us from shipping to a problem address in the future.

Currently we offer USPS Priority Mail shipping to Canada as it has improved greatly. It does take a week or more but it is trackable and reliable. We can send you a tracking number at your request or you can check with us if you don't receive your order in 7-10 days. Please note that we are not liable or responsible for duty fees or taxes or if your package is seized by customs. Nowadays this is pretty rare but we do need to mention it.

You must read and agree to these terms before proceeding with your order. This information serves as a legal binding agreement that you understand the terms of the sale and that there are no refunds should your package be confiscated by Customs Officials, and you understand the laws of your country and/or community regarding the receipt of such materials.

Currently we offer USPS Priority Mail shipping. JB Video cannot be held responsible for any shipments seized by a Customs Agency. International customers must check with their country of origin's customs officials for laws regarding receipt of adult oriented materials from the USA. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund.

If the package is returned and the products are in perfect re-sellable condition, we will credit you the product cost minus the shipping and handling charges. If there is any damage we will need to deduct accordingly.

If you want to reship the order we will need to charge you to reship it. If the order is returned to us again, we reserve the right to refuse shipping in the future. If the products returned to us are in perfect re-sellable condition we will refund you for the products only and not the shipping.

Payment from outside of the United States must be: VISA or MasterCard (US Dollars), International Money Orders (US Dollars micro-encoded with a US Bank) or American Express Money Orders (US Dollars). We use USPS Priority Mail for International orders which has improved greatly. If you need the tracking number please email us at support@jbvideo.com and we will provide that to you. Shipping times vary but you can usually expect 1-2 weeks wait time for delivery.

IMPORTANT: Our shipping estimate does not include any time that your country's Customs office may hold the package, which happens very frequently. If you have not received your package after these allowed periods, check with your Customs office (if possible) to track it down. We can provide a shipping article number from the Post Office for you. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes that may apply. (Also known as G.S.T., VAT, or tariff taxes). We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. These are your responsibility. Check with your country's customs office.

For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we simply claim "DVD's".

We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason as well as the right to require a consent signature or our credit card consent form.
